Program Objectives
- Develop a career plan that respects the requirements of the Department of Immigration and Cultural Communities ;
- Manage procedures ;
- Obtain certification in Starting a business MELS certified from the Department of Education, Recreation and Sport ;
- Obtain a certificate of training in Quebec immigration law.

The learning process includes:
- Courses in our center (Montreal and Quebec) or on the Internet ;
- Consultations at our center, by phone or via videoconferencing ;
- Research and personal work.

(This program requires no prerequisite schooling.) It is for all our students and professionals such as:
- Those who work in the area of immigration ;
- Government employees ;
- Employees of privately run companies ;
- Lawyers ;
- Paralegals and legal assistants ;
- Immigration consultants (those who are certified or future plans of certification).

How much does it cost?
- Cost for opening of file and access to the platform on the Internet: 350$ ;
- Fees for residents of Quebec: $ 0 (Subsidy from the Department of Education, Recreation and Sport; MELS) ;
- Fees for non residents: See the ‘à la carte’ courses and rates.
