Program Objectives

• Analyze the project and its needs ;
• Managing working tools ;
• Planning the start up ;
• Analyze the environment of early childhood and do a market study ;
• Identify and manage its resources ;
• Plan and manage budget and finances ;
• Obtain certification in Starting a business (MELS certified Department of Education, Recreation and Sport ;
• Obtain certification in 45 hours of Early Childhood training.

How does it work?

The learning process includes:

• Courses at our center (Montreal and Quebec) or on the Internet ;
• Consultations at our center, by phone or via videoconferencing ;
• Research and personal work.

Who is this training for?

(This program requires no prerequisite schooling.)
It is for all our students and professionals such as:

• Those who have in interest in child care and opening up a business ;
• Those who work in the area child care assistants or child care provider replacements ;
• Those who work in a child daycare center ;
• Child care providers who want to optimize their business and their training in early childhood ;
• Mother's of new born babies who would like to learn more about child development and possibly opening up their own child daycare one day.

How much does it cost?

• Cost for opening of file and access to the platform on the Internet:  150$ ;
• Fees for residents of Quebec or future Quebec residents: $ 0 (Subsidy from the Department of Education, Recreation and Sport ; MELS) ;
• Fees for non residents: See the à la carte courses and rates.
