Registration for Home Childcare Provider

After you have registered for the course, you should :

   1. Complete the pre-registration sheet (mandatory) click here

   2. Validate your pre-registration sheet and chose your situation

Once your pre-registration sheet is completed (step 1), you will receive an email confirmation of your pre- registration in your inbox, you should:

• Verify this confirmation mail
• Choose your situation
• Gather all required documents requested on the page that corresponded to your situation

   3. You can bring or send your registration documents (depending on your situation)
