Starting a Business - 5264
To learn all the required skills and knowledge needed to develop in the profession of international mobility as a consultant. Using Human Resources skills, we have adapted the program: starting a business to the needs of today's businesses.
All learning and personal work that will be done in the Starting a business program is directly related to the profession of Human Resource that deal with international mobility.
The duration of the training program is 12 weeks & is organized as follows:
- 90 hours are devoted to skills directly related to mastering the tasks of the trade (Course Internet / Video Conference / Conferences)
- 20 hours are devoted to more personal skills to each project (individual consultation synchronous);
- 220 hours of personal work.
After each course or conference there will be follow up with a consultation period that allows the individual student (s) to understand the lessons learned, but also to apply them to personal skills.

The Training Program goals of Starting a Business is defined from the general goals of vocational training, taking into account of the particular work situation. These goals are:
- To train the student to be effective in the implementation of a profession;
- Enable the student to understand the steps to follow and start a business;
- Enable the student to develop and submit a business plan;
- Enable the student to acquire technical tools in using a computer;
- To help students develop the proper approach related to professional ethics and responsibility;
- Enable the student to develop the importance of effective communication;
- Ensure proper integration of the person to working life;
- Enable the student to understand their entrepreneurial potential;
- Enable the student to understand the context of working of a self employed professional;
- Enable the student to understand their rights and responsibilities as an entrepreneur;
- Promote the development of the individual and the acquisition of professional knowledge;
- Enable the student to develop their sense of leadership, creativity, autonomy, desire for success and sense of responsibility;
- To help students develop a sense of practical thinking to uncertain situations;
- Enable the student to increase their capacity to learn, to be informed, able to review and to document what needs to be documented.
During training the student will be deal with:
- Stimulating his/her creativity
- Strengthening their knowledge
- Validating their business ideas
- Enriching the project with practical and concrete ideas
- Confirming his choice to become entrepreneur
- Preparing to be an entrepreneur
Upon completion of the course, many workplaces can be considered for the student such as:
- Working independently from home or business
- Or within an existing organization.
