Training Presentation 

To learn all the required skills and knowledge needed to develop in the profession of international mobility as a consultant. Using Human Resources skills, we have adapted the program: starting a business to the needs of today's businesses.

All learning and personal work that will be done in the Starting a business program is directly related to the profession of Human Resource that deal with international mobility.

 

Starting the program

The duration of the training program is 12 weeks & is organized as follows:

  • 90 hours are devoted to skills directly related to mastering the tasks of the trade (Course Internet / Video Conference / Conferences)
  • 20 hours are devoted to more personal skills to each project (individual consultation synchronous);
  • 220 hours of personal work.

 

 

After each course or conference there will be follow up with a consultation period that allows the individual student (s) to understand the lessons learned, but also to apply them to personal skills.

The Training Program goals of Starting a Business is defined from the general goals of vocational training, taking into account of the particular work situation. These goals are:
