PICP Registration
To sign up for PICP, you must :
- Fill out the registration form: click here
- Insert the following in your online brief case called ‘carnet de route ‘
- Birth certificate;
- Passport (the first 6 pages);
- CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate).
To access your online brief case called `carnet de route' for the first time and place your documents:
- Log on to the platform www.picp.info with the access that during your pre-registration (previous step);
- Once connected, your ‘carnet de route ‘ is available in a block at the top right of the page
- Add the three documents required for registration (listed above);
- Contact the Registrar;
- Complete the online payment of your fees:
