Who are we ?

Cap'Idéal is a nonprofit organization specializing in international mobility whose mission is to support individuals and businesses all through the immigration process, relocation, integration; cultural and professional, how to start a business and specialized training.

Historical Context

In 2002 Valeria Bedout and Selin Deravedisyan-Adam created Ideal Canada (Relocation - 2002-2011) and Ideal Training (Starting your own business; specializing in various specialties).
In 2007 Ideal Canada incorporated an international mobility services department consisting of licensed immigration consultants, specialists and experts.
The same year, Ideal Training specializes in educational design and development information and training platforms (Elearning) and launched a training program for professional and cultural integration for future and new immigrants.
In 2009 Ideal Training moved to Quebec City and was involved in the mission of international recruitment and the creation of Espace interactive counseling for 1888mevoilà for Quebec International.
In 2010 Ideal Training becomes Cap'Idéal and moves its head office to Quebec City and offers permanent immigration consulting and relocation services: « Les Vendredi me voilà » for companies who are in the process of international recruitment in the Québec International program.
In 2011 Cap'Idéal launched two new training programs for Entrepreneurial Immigration Management and International Mobility Management; Consultant and new pilot training programs in starting up a business; in new specialized categories.
In 2012 Cap'Idéal integrated francization for its PICP program (Cultural & Professional Integration Program)
